AIRYour data, without the account.

AIR is the protocol for encrypted storage and messaging in RAMP. Accountless, Isolated, and Redundant by design.

INSIDE AIR

AIR gives applications the foundations for identities, encrypted data, contracts, and inboxes. Separate keys protect individual pieces of data, while support for independently operated servers reduces dependence on a single storage provider.

01

Accountless

Store encrypted data without creating an account with each server. The protocol works through cryptographic identities and keys.

02

Isolated

Each piece of data has its own keys. A shared server account does not have to link everything you store.

03

Redundant

Keep data across independently operated servers, so the architecture can accommodate an unavailable provider.

A CLOSER LOOK

A simpler model for connected data

AIR separates identity and keys from the servers that hold encrypted data. Applications can work with storage across independent servers.

↳ Architecture illustration. Redundancy depends on the servers an application uses.
